Violence on television should not be an acceptable excuse for crimes that people commit. People blame television because they have no one else to point the finger at. Parents should play a major role in their children?s life, because the society we live in today has almost come to accept violence as normal.
Some television shows are not suitable for all audiences, but it is the parents? job to set guidelines about what they can and can not watch. Shows like ?Southpark? are not suitable for young children, but kids believe that since it is a cartoon it is O.K. for them to watch.
